Harbor View House can accommodate small groups (up to 35) for your special celebrations. Whether you want a summer affair, held on our deck overlooking Belfast Harbor, or an intimate winter party with candles and firelight, we can help you plan a memorable day.

Build your party to require as much or as little personal  involvement and cost as you desire 

Let us work with you to plan your event, its costs and the preparation needed - you can do as much (or as little!) as you like. We can arrange a facility-only event (you provide everything but the place) to one where we work with the caterer to handle everything.  The choice (and cost) is up to you.

Some things to consider before you call:

How many people will attend?

Will children be attending?

How long will the event be - and how much pre- and post-event  time will you need for setup and cleanup?

Do you want to rent the inn facility only or would like us to help coordinate, set-up and clean-up for the event?

Do you want to hold the event indoors or outdoors?

If outdoors, how will you handle inclement weather?

How personal do you want the event to be? Do you want to provide your own decorations, food or caterer?

Will you provide glassware, dishes, serving pieces?

How formal do you want the event to be?

Do you want to have your guests stay at the inn?
